Maybe finally, this garbage will be off the airwaves. You can follow the link to read about how they were sued for deceptive marketing, read: Lie about the effectiveness of their product. It's just sad that it'll likely be replaced by another gimmick in the near future. People are just too gullible. They want to hear this. They want the easy shortcut to a diet or to better health. Why work for something when you can take the magic pill? $23 million is just a drop in the bucket compared to the millions this company cheated off of people. Ridiculous. A second grade teacher found the cure to the common cold. I ask you! Where is her Nobel Prize? And don't get me started on Kevin Trudeau. A known felon who got arrested for fraud writes a bestseller on organic health remedies??? Gosh America, why are you so quick to believe people?
